The momentum to purchase metering equipment, which may measure differentiated UV-A, UV-B and UV-C, was definitely a smart decision from Dane. For clarification: UV is ultraviolet, also the no more visible light beyond the violet part of the rainbow respectively the range of colours. This kind of radiation is shortwavier, tougher and more aggressive than the radiation of the visible spectrum. UV-A - directly bordered to the visible spectrum - is an important component for plant growth if it is consumed moderately - and also for men: For example the synthesis of vitamin D inside the skin needs UV-A. Nobody needs UV-B, not to speak of UV-C. These kinds of radiation are producing Melanoms and are burning the leaves of the plants.
Now to the metering values: I had a longer discussion with Dane, because at first he had published only the change of the relative UV-parts, but no absolute values. Thereby, they were remarkable informations but not really interpretable. Then, Dane has yet delivered a few values, which could be compared with tolerance values, and this way a reasonable picture got out.
Thereby, to the values of Dane: UV-A is within a frame of natural fluctuations unchanged. UV-B is at 1400 per cent above the normal value. This means: instead of 2 hours and twenty minutes with a sunburn back to the hotel room, you would get the same with these values after ten minutes.
This is alarming. It corresponds to the subjective sensation that also in Europe the sun got edgier. If this single measurement by Dane is only approximately representative respectively these values appear occasionally this would be a scandal that neither in Europe nor in the U.S. the responsible authorities are giving out warnings to the public.
But this is only one aspect. Another one is the question of the causes. If I had a light source with a in a series connected filter, and I notice that the incoming light has changed then this may mean that either the light source has changed, or that the quality of the filter has changed. The filter in this metapher is our atmosphere. The light source the sun. Due to the ozone layer in a height between 10 and 40 km the atmosphere has its filter performance. Ozone is O3. It is formed, if UV-B and UV-C hits oxygene. These kinds of radiation split the O2 into two O1, and these are seeking other O2s to hang on them instead of the recombination of the single O1s. If I have plenty of this O3 in the atmosphere, then this O3 is curbing all kinds of aggressive radiations - in the way that the temporary triggering of the associated O1s withdraws energy step by step from this same aggressive radiations.
We deal with a state of equilibrium. Far too tough radiation produces more ozone, more ozone curbs tough radiation. In nature earth would react to an increase of rough radiation from outside with the strengtening of the ozone layer.
Now, men get into this game as men are producing gas or particles which reduce the ozone catalyticly. At the poles this is a catastrophe as the sun comes in so flat respectively in winter it shines that little that the ozone layer can not regenerate itself. Usually it has enough power above populated areas to keep a reasonable state of equilibrium. Also, with the oldknown ozone-killers in the atmosphere it worked this way. Perhaps you remember to the times of the ozone-holes which were measured at the poles when you were concerned about the possiblities that they may grow more than to be expected. This was an expression of a shifted equilibrium.
Now, we have different agents in the sky. Piezo-electric nano crystals which can be changed by electromagnetic signals in a way to free electrons and change the atmosphere into a technical plasma. Exactly in the height between 10 and 40 kilometers - in the ozone layer. Free electrons trigger each chemical reactions, also the destruction of ozone. This would not - I think the masters of the universe think that way - be that bad, as the particles plasma would be UV-opaque and would grant us an artificial UV-protection layer. This matter has only one disadvantage: The ozone layer is stable, regenerates itself by nature. The artificial plasma layer however can rain down, may rip through air movements or thin out. Then, we have a problem because the technical maintenance of the artificial plasma layer by chemtrail airplanes takes time.
This is one reading of the metering values. Dane catched a day without chemtrails, with a defect plasma layer.
The other possible reading is that the light source, our sun, has changed. For that reason one had to demand satellite data, what would be difficult. Don't trust any data which you did not falsify yourself. Sources like the NASA are definitely supposed to be not trusted because NASA is in the spraying matter up to its eyebrows. Maybe somebody may speak Chinese and look into what the Asians have online. Abnormalities would be expectable by the cycle of the sun. But the normal 11-year-rhythm conducts itself abnormal in these years, which indicates a super cycle, and the position of our sun is absolutely unique. We are crossing the equitorial tier of the Milky Way right now. It looks more or less like the rings of the Saturn. There is aplenty of interstellar gas and dust underway and the field physics - which gets noticeable in the cosmology at first by determined angle relations - has a grade of symmetry, which it has only twice by a rotation of the sun around our arm of the galaxy. A true sidereal hour. (German: Sternstunde=hour of the star, Denglisch) Many fields are in equilibrium, many swirles - therefore also the great transformation of the sun plasmas or the magma rollers in the interior of the earth - will get these years the momentum to reverse. This is the stuff which may explain many things, maybe there are processes in outer space which have so far-reaching ramifications to the earth, that it makes sense to some protagonists to spray - and it makes sense to thereby mankind doesn't get into panic.
The question, which of the two scenarios is reality, is not possible to be answered without reliable data from the orbit. Personally, I consider the first scenario to be substantially more probable. Changes in the distribution of sun spectrum in the visible range are not known to me. Why should they suddenly emerge in the UV-realm. But this is only an opinion. My opinion. But what can be truly answered is the question, what should not be sprayed: nano particles, which destroy the ozone layer and brings us into a finally deadly circle of dependance.
A dependance from the technocrats, which want to vicitimize according to internal estimates 2 billion men on the altar of their 'Geo-Engineering'. Nano particles should not be sprayed which are not be biologically degradable and will sooner or later kill the whole plant world by cancelling the impetus of cell division for selling their genetic plants by these same technocrats, which are genetically changed in such a manner, that they 'are blind for the light of the inner part of the cell', and nevertheless grow. That way it is described in the publications about the aluminum resistant seed of Monsanto. This was in the Eighties, when nobody even could come to the idea that the interruption of the light-based cell-communication could ever become a problem. This is business practice: Create a problem and offer its solution. I personally would evaluate the publication of the solution before the emergence of the problem as a confession. Maybe the masters are trying it for once with charity, honesty and biologically degradable particles. There was once upon a time a nano-leave fertizer on the base of zeolite and calcite, with the nice name of Megagreen. Perhaps this may be good for an artificial protection shield against sun storms and possibly higher radiation activities of the sun.
