I am under a legal and moral obligation to intervene on behalf of myself ______________________ (your name), my family, and of the millions of United States American Citizens who are unwittingly in Silent Consent without their knowledge or Not in Full Informed Consent.

We, the People, DEMAND an immediate, thorough and honest investigation into what the substance called Biochemical/Chemical Persistent Contrails "Chemtrails" Aerosol Spraying of Geo Engineering/Solar Radiation Management Schemes, Weather Modification and/or Control/Climate Engineering and High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program actually consists of and discover the true purpose of spraying EARTH (and its people) with harmful substances. Such investigation will include independent, impartial experts, as well as ordinary citizens.

We, the undersigned, are requesting U.S. Congresspersons, Senators, and all Local/ State/Federal Government officials and employees and appointees to address the issue of ongoing of Geo Engineering and/or Control/Climate Engineering /Solar Radiation Management Schemes, Weather Modification and/or Control/Climate Engineering and High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program research activity that is taking place without the informed consent of the population.

We are demanding that our Local, State, and Federal government disclose information about such activity. As citizens of the United States, we expect our government officials to represent us, address our valid concerns, and take action to terminate such environmentally risky programs that are also having a severe impact, both short and long term, on the health of our population.

The mere dissemination of materials and substances into the atmosphere or causing precipitation pursuant to a Biochemical/Chemical Persistent Contrails "Chemtrails" Aerosol Spraying of Geo Engineering/Solar Radiation Management Schemes, Weather Modification and/or Control/Climate Engineering and High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program authorized projects.

The results of rainwater tests, soil sample tests, and standing water tests that have been done in various areas of the U.S. are all showing alarmingly high levels of aluminum, barium, strontium, other harmful substances. The heavy metal test results are consistent with ongoing discussions and existing patents for Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering. These heavy metals remain in our atmosphere and are falling upon our soil, our water supply, and our food supply. We are inhaling heavy metal particulate matter on an ongoing basis, and these nanoparticle-sized metals are being absorbed by our bodies, by those of our pets and livestock, and by our produce. Most notably, it is causing long term air pollution, resulting in severe respiratory diseases in our population, especially among those people most vulnerable.

Climate change will, absent other changes, amplify some of the existing health threats the nation now faces. Certain people and communities are especially vulnerable, including children, the elderly, the sick, the poor, and some communities of color.

One of the things that are affected by climate change is agriculture, but some of what we are seeing is man-made, but man made in a different way than what you may guess. Geo Engineering/Solar Radiation Management Schemes, Weather Modification and/or Control/Climate Engineering and High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program activity, experimental ones done by International and Domestic Corporations and the US government, are underway across the United States. All of these impact agriculture because they change the micro-climates needed for agriculture to survive.

International and Domestic Corporations are modifying our weather all the time, and modifying it in ways that cover thousands and thousands of square miles. Most of it is chemically altered, so what happens is that we are putting ground based chemicals that are shot into the air that change and modify our weather. The aerosolized metals being sprayed from jet aircraft, ground to air rocket, and balloon delivery methods are having a devastating effect on our trees, gardens, water and farms. Irreversible damage is being done to our ecosystems, and to our soil and water supply. . None of these programs are done with oversight.

We acknowledge that the negative effects of Geo Engineering/Solar Radiation Management Schemes, Weather Modification and/or Control/Climate Engineering and High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program activity extend far beyond the environment and the health of all living things. The damage that is occurring will have immeasurable effects on the economy, in the form of lost solar production, damage to crops, lost tourism income, and devalued real estate, among other industries.

We owe it to the next generation and all future generations to disclose the United States/State/Local role and DEMAND an immediate, thorough and honest investigation into what the substance called Biochemical/Chemical Persistent Contrails "Chemtrails" Aerosol Spraying of Geo Engineering /Solar Radiation Management Schemes, Weather Modification/Weather Control/Climate actually consists of and discover the true purpose of spraying EARTH (and its people) with harmful substances. Such investigation will include independent, impartial experts, as well as ordinary citizens.

We may live in a free country, but those behind this experiment are no longer to be allowed to freely spray our skies using Geo Engineering/Solar Radiation Management Schemes, Weather Modification and/or Control/Climate Engineering and High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program activity. It even affects the ones who read this letter. Yes, you too!

The United States is not a signor to the Rome Statute creating the ICC it is deemed unlikely that any prosecutions of U.S. based corporations or U.S. citizens will be undertaken. Local/State/Federal government counts on the public’s lack of legal knowledge and power to withdraw consent in order to function against the wishes of the still-consenting-without-realizing-it.
