Solar Radiation Management Putin Style

Thursday, February 13, 2014 NBC Today Show Sochi, Russia - Mostly clear skies until aerosol spraying. Huge chemtrails spread out and fill the sky over the course of the show. Weather forecaster Al Roker was in plane view of the spraying operations but would rather talk about the snowstorm back in New York City. No mention of the geoengineering despite the fact China used weather modification for the Olympic Games opening ceremony in Beijing 2008.
