[url=http://www.usda.gov/oce/climate_change/hubs/RegionalHubCharter.pdf] Last year the temperature was a consistent 10 degrees off, whether hotter or colder and this year it is running 20 degrees off. You can't get real climate data so this is another failed scheme to suck money from our pockets. My advise, don't get involved. I haven't taken the time to weed through the links as yet.
