My blog is under attack by the University of Minnesota for covering a publicly obtained article under Fair Use on a kill-switch inserted into viruses. I gave credit to the photographer and author of the article but the University is demanding that I take down the article citing that I "lifted" it and "plagiarized" it. It is not plagiarizing when all credits are given and one does not alter the article. Today they called in the governmental watch-dogs "Verizon". Is your blog or forum next?
