I have seen the video above previously and it just further reinforces documentation such as "Project Storm Fury".

"Cloud seeding was used to steer hurricanes as well as create bigger hurricanes. Cloud seeding has since became a major proponent of the United States government’s weather modification program. Today it is known as Chemtrailing but like then toxic and carcinogenic silver iodide is used to modify weather and steer hurricanes for geopolitical purposes."



It is quite possible that hurricanes are now being used as targets of opportunity for disaster capitalism. Here's some food for thought, read through these articles and see if you see a similar connection:
