"This video is in support of a scientific necessity for any experiment-a Control. With regards to Alkali earth metal oxide dispersal, it is now time to establish an equal and substantive period of time without any dispersal activities to determine all outcomes against a control period where no dispersal occurs. Without this, there is no credibility whatsoever to these experiments being scientific. All activists, leaders, scientists and decisionmakers should understand this fundamental research technique of having a control. A remediation may be required after all of the already collected data is assembled and assessed. I encourage everyone to submit their documents, photos and material sampling to a good independent organization. A remediation is different than what is currently occuring with Geoengineering. Remediation restores a state, system or substance back toward its natural or original state.
