Below is a further explanation of the statements Russ Tanner made in the interview.
Globalists use a method called "Concession" to make propaganda extrememly effective. This method is called "Concession" because the propagandist "concedes" lessor corruption for the purpose of concealing much greater corruption.
Concession propaganda is facilitated in 3 phases:
"Accumulation" - A propagandist (professional liar) is presented to the public for an extended period of time. They act as a passionate truther thereby accumulating public faith and confidence. This phase often continues for years.
"Payload" - The public figure is used to deliver a critical piece of propaganda to the public: the payload. The propagandist is largely believed because they have spent years gaining the public trust.
"Recovery" - The public figure passionately continues "truthing" to recover any faith and confidence lost during the delivery of the payload. The public figure will likely be called on again in the future to deliver another payload once public faith and confidence has fully returned.
This is the formula Joe Rogan followed.
First, he spent years gaining public confidence by hosting a truther-oriented program that exposed corruption and generally appeared to serve the public interest.
Relatively minor subjects of corruption were covered on his show. The programs made him more relatable and likable further increasing public confidence.

Being that chemtrails are global and extremely toxic, chemtrails are the only rational explanation for the vast increase in illness in the past 20+ years, especially considering chemtrails contain mercury. Because of the profound effect they have had on personal health and life, it is critical that globalists keep the public convinced that chemtrails don't exist. If the public ever came to believe they had been intentionally poisoned by their government, the globalists' plot would implode. There would be mass defections of coconspirators and numerous whistle blowers coming forward to expose this horrific crime hoping to avoid prosecution.
Third, Rogan returned to his radio show to recover lost public faith and confidence. This is the phase he is currently in.
The recent, very popular interview Rogan did with Dr. Malone was, in all likelihood, simply a ploy to preserve public confidence.
