Hi, Just Mee,
as you see: there is a link below the photo.
Everybody may or may not make himself or herself a picture of the credibility or noncredibility of this link.
The link is still working.
According to European legal provisions the person who is shown on a picture has the right to be erased from the internet. The person has the right to be forgotten.
If U.S.-American law tells something different, the person may - at least - give a comment if the citation is right or wrong. This would be a contribution to the proving process of the evaluation of this citation.
There is nothing - I know of - of Anne K. West, which says something opposite to the citation.
Of course, Anne K. West has the right to neglect what she is supposed to have said. That hasn't been done yet.
If you look into the terms of conditions of this website here I am sure that this website administrator would erase such a picture from his website. At least, I am going conform with that eventual measurement.
There are some links which lead to ONE Ann K. West. If she is that I do not know:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0167477/?ref_=nm_flmg_slf_1https://twitter.com/AnneKWesthttp://www.healthgrades.com/physician/dr-ann-west-w4yc8People may change in outlook as they grow older.
As I did research I did not get the results of the links above. Results are always dependent on the work of the search engine.
I did not make any comments because the picture ought to speak for itself.
This is a conduct I do also to other comments of this website.
Why shall I comment on circumstances which I am not able to judge as I was not there where others were?
If the picture is wrong please show some proof.
Maybe you do some research as I did and follow the results of what you would get.
As you use the word "troll" it is of use to look for what is meant by the word "troll". Certainly, a look to wikipedia is useful:
"In Internet slang, a troll (...) is a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting arguments or upsetting people,[1] by posting inflammatory,[2] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community (such as a newsgroup, forum, chat room, or blog) with the deliberate intent of provoking readers into an emotional response[3] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.[4]
This sense of the word troll and its associated verb trolling are associated with Internet discourse, but have been used more widely. Media attention in recent years has equated trolling with online harassment. For example, mass media has used troll to describe "a person who defaces Internet tribute sites with the aim of causing grief to families."[5][6]"
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_(Internet)
As you see there is no conformity of what a troll is und of what a troll is not.
If you take the worst meaning of the word "troll" this would mean that "trolling" would be "the aim of causing grief to families".
I can not relate the posting of the link
http://i-uv.com/former-army-pilot-cw2-anne-k-west-chemtrails-are-very-real/ to this kind of aim.
Ms. Anne K. West has any kind of right to correct the statement in this link above if she did not make it. The aim to link it is not to harrass her or eventually her family it is the aim to discuss a topic which is of public interest - outside the oligarchical media structure.
If Ms. Anne K. West does not like to be in public she ought to send a note.
The credibility of the evidence on this photo is shown by the no-reaction to this photo.
The link I found must be on the internet for quite a while. And the implementation of this picture as a comment has been also there for a while.
The evaluation of this picture as a proof will eventually be shown by the reaction of the person in that picture.
As long this does not happen it will speak for itself.
