What is the Real Reason for the Patriot Act?

Last night I was awakened by the smell and taste of chemtrails. Every 2 hours I woke up with the painful inflammatory symptoms that have always accompanied descending toxic plumes. This pattern is typical for me and has been the story of my life for 13 years; ever since the spraying suddenly started in our area.

I only wish I could express how strong the smell of model-cement glue is to me as I write this. I am well aware that it's much stronger for me than for the vast majority of people, but let me tell you, it's so strong that it's often difficult to concentrate on other things.

Let me ask you a very pertinent question:

Do you think it's a coincidence that the intensity of the ongoing aerosol-injection is kept just below the majority's threshold of smell and taste?

The answer, of course is, certainly not! It's not some lucky coincidence. It's absolutely intentional.

Keeping the majority of the public from smelling and tasting these toxins in the air is critical for the "success" of the ongoing aerosol-injection program. If the public did smell and taste them, public opposition would be orders-of-magnitude higher.

The next logical question is:

How do they know what the threshold is? How do they know when to stop spraying an area?

To obtain their goals, they must maintain a critical balance. They must make the aerosols as intense as possible without allowing the public to smell or taste them. To achieve this, they must have a "feedback channel" that enables them to actively monitor and detect if people begin smelling or tasting the descending aerosol plumes.

This is one of the primary reasons for the Patriot Act.

The Patriot Act provides the feedback channel from the public to the logisticians running the aerosol-injection program. By monitoring phone conversations and watching social media comments, the military industrial complex actively adjusts the air-intensity of chemical aerosols so as to keep it just below the threshold of detection for the majority of the public. The few who can still smell and taste them are marginalized in the public eye.

Early Mistakes

Because there is a time delay between the time aerosols are released and the time public feedback is obtained, there have been some mistakes made. There have been several times aerosols were detected by the majority of the public, to the point that propagandists were called in to provide cover stories.

As they have become more experienced, they have become better at finely tuning the amount of toxic aerosols in the atmosphere so they are not detected by the majority of the public.

Nevertheless, those sensitive people, like myself, will continue to warn the public that the air is saturated with these horrible smelling and tasting chemicals and metals, and we will correlate the occurrence of ailments with descending plumes.

Since the beginning, I have personally witnessed many ailments occur in friends and family with each plume that descended on us, and this continues to this day. As I smell and taste the rapid increase of released aerosols in the air, those around me get headaches, back pain, joint pain, nausea, brain fog, fatigue, and much more. I also see behavior changes in adults, but more so in children. Children become ornery, moody, aggressive, emotional, glazed-over, rebellious, tired, and more. Some children tend toward hyperactivity while others tend toward fatigue. This is exactly what we expect to see when they are exposed to mercury.

Wake Up

Just as so many corporate and military atrocities are hidden from public view by bribes, threats, blacklisted jobs, withheld grant money, there is a very large coverup. In occupations ranging from meteorology to biology to chemistry, scientists and workers in the public trust are hiding the mountains of evidence proving, without doubt, that we are being sprayed with an wide array of known poisons.
