If - as Caldeira does it - it would be only the study at the Air University in Alabama the claimed weather modification efforts would be only speculative.
But there is a concertated action to avoid a substantial discussion in public about the atmospheric geoengineering activities already on the way. The rediculation of the topic is the best proof that it is already underway.
And David Keith is the public role player to the topic.
