@ 5/24/2014: I have found this page with some more information. The name of the guy is Jens (last name unknown), he posted this longer statement (sorry I have no time for translating it at the moment) and links to the documents he mentioned (which I have not examined).
The platform quer-denken.tv is run by alternative journalist and historian Michael Friedrich Vogt. He emphasizes that he (M. Vogt) is not sure what to think about this testimony but however provides the platform for Jens to share his information.
The citizen's initiative called "Clean Sky" in Germany is saying they have contact with the whistleblower and will publish more soon after an examination of his information:
