"(...)
Acting like the electrolyte in a car battery, barium chemtrails developed at Ohio's Wright Patterson Air Force Base are routinely sprayed into the atmosphere to 'duct' or bend military radio and radar waves over-the-horizon, instead of continuing straight beyond the Earth's curvature into space.

"Two scientists working at Wright Patterson Air Force Base confirmed to the Ohio newspaper, Columbus Alive, that they were involved in aerial spraying experiments. One involved aluminum oxide spraying related to global warming and the other involved barium stearate and had to do with high-tech military communications."

BIOLOGICAL AND HEALTH EFFECTS OF EXPOSURE TO
KEROSENE-BASED JET FUELS AND PERFORMANCE ADDITIVES
in: Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health, Part B, 6:357–451, 2003

Co-Autors (probably): Still, Kenneth R., Rossi III, John, Bekkedal, Marni Y.-V., Bobb, Andrew J., Arfsten, Darryl P.

Naval Health Research Center Detachment–Toxicology, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, USA

"Over 2 million military and civilian personnel per year (over 1 million in the United States) are occupationally exposed, respectively, to jet propulsion fuel-8 (JP-8), JP-8 + 100 or JP-5, or to the civil aviation equivalents Jet A or Jet A-1. Approximately 60 billion gallons of these kerosene-based jet fuels are annually consumed worldwide (26 billion gallons in the United States), including over 5 billion gallons of JP-8 by the militaries of the United States and other NATO countries. JP-8, for example, represents the largest single chemical exposure in the U.S. military (2.53 billion gallons in 2000), while Jet A and A-1 are among the most common sources of nonmilitary occupational chemical exposure. Although more recent figures were not available,
approximately 4.06 billion gallons of kerosene per se were consumed in the United States in 1990 (IARC, 1992). These exposures may occur repeatedly to raw fuel, vapor phase, aerosol phase, or fuel combustion exhaust by dermal absorption, pulmonary inhalation, or oral ingestion routes. Additionally, the public may be repeatedly exposed to lower levels of jet fuel vapor/aerosol or to fuel combustion products through atmospheric contamination, or to raw fuel constituents by contact with contaminated groundwater or soil. Kerosene-based hydrocarbon fuels are complex mixtures of up to 260 + aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbon compounds (C6–C17+;
possibly 2000+ isomeric forms), including varying concentrations of potential toxicants such as benzene,
n-hexane, toluene, xylenes, trimethylpentane, methoxyethanol, naphthalenes (including polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons [PAHs], and certain other C9–C12 fractions (i.e., n-propylbenzene, trimethylbenzene isomers). While hydrocarbon fuel exposures occur typically at concentrations below current permissible exposure limits (PELs) for the parent fuel or its constituent chemicals, it is unknown whether additive or synergistic interactions among hydrocarbon constituents, up
to six performance additives, and other environmental exposure factors may result in unpredicted toxicity. While there is little epidemiological evidence for fuel-induced death, cancer, or other serious organic disease in fuel-exposed workers, large numbers of self-reported health complaints
in this cohort appear to justify study of more subtle health consequences. A number of recently published studies reported acute or persisting biological or health effects from acute,
subchronic, or chronic exposure of humans or animals to kerosene-based hydrocarbon fuels, to (...)"

"Enemy Radar view

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, OHIO - What could be more useful to a pilot than seeing what the enemy sees?
Meteorologists of the 88th Weather Flight say their Variable Terrain Radio Parabolic Equation (VTRPE) could provide this rare view. A complex mathematical model that currently can run only on a supercomputer, VTRPE shows pilots what nearby radar systems can and cannot see under different terrain and atmospheric conditions.
A cockpit-size system - available within 10 years - would show pilots how to hide behind signal-curtaining inversion layers."

VTRPE & RFMP
Variable Terrain Radio Parabolic Equation can make predictions for microwave propagation over both land and water that solves the electromagnetic wave equations for the complex electric and magnetic radiation fields The United States Navy will initiate their own RFMP, Radio Frequency Mission Planner in 1992.

The VTRPE computer program only works accurately over water and along coastal areas - not over land masses because the system's radar waves required an atmospheric condition known as "ducting" to operate accurately. The government and military solves the "ducting" problem by releasing an aersosol, a mixture of barium salts, into the atmosphere. Spraying from point A to point B enables high frequency communications even over the curvature of the Earth. Barium salt chemtrails will be used to support the Navy's Radio Frequency Mission Planner over Iraq and Saudi Arabia, where the chemical and electrical characteristics of the mixture will cause water moisture to stay in clouds. Since all major modes of Radio Frequency propagation are modeled in his computer, (RFMP system), special, sometimes counter- intuitive, cases can be examined in detail and exploited during a warfare battle mission.' "The Variable Terrain Radio Parabolic Equation (VTRPE) computer model is a powerful and flexible program that provides calculations of the radar propagation conditions of the atmosphere. It is limited however, by the accuracy and resolution of the input data. This study quantifies the sensitivity of the VTRPE model to the accuracy and resolution of the atmospheric parameters that go into it. Also, two case studies are examined to test the utility of VTRPE in operational use. The sensitivity to measurements of pressure, temperature, and humidity was found to be dependent on the meteorological environment. In standard and subrefractive environments, average values of Root Mean Squared Error in calculating propagation pathloss were greatest for measurement errors in humidity. While the overall RMSE averaged only 0.5% to 5%, in certain regions the errors in calculating pathloss were as high as 20%. VTRPE was used to calculate possible height errors when birds were detected at long ranges from a WSR-88D radar in a ducting environment. While the radar assumes a standard atmosphere when calculating height, results from VTRPE suggest that this resulted in possible height errors of over 3 km. Another case study of detected anomalous propagation was examined to determine the effects of multiple soundings in the VTRPE calculation of propagation pathloss. In this example, the effect of assuming a homogeneous atmosphere resulted in propagation pathloss errors of up to 30%."
