Passing the buck to the federal officials is not acceptable.  This is a jurisdictional matter. This is happening in the sky above (fill in your town here), so, therefore your assertion is incorrect. The elected officials of the great State of __________ are charged with the duty and obligation of protecting the people of ___________ and the State of _____________.

Attached are some photographs I just took yesterday here in in sky above ___________.  These unmarked military tanker jets are conducting this operation on a daily basis and all of us are being harmed.  You and your family are breathing these heavy metal toxic nano particulates which contain aluminum, barium and strontium. No one, no matter their title, socio-economic status, race, color or creed is exempt from this.  We all breathe the air.  The deployment of this program has tainted the atmosphere.  There is no issue more critical at this time which we are facing.  There is a mountain of scientific data which proves this.  It is no longer acceptable for any elected official to not be concerned about this critical human health and Eco-system issue.

I am (insert some of your personal information here).  I have done my due diligence and thorough research into this dire matter. The ___________ legislature must address this issue.  

Again, ________, we are all breathing the tainted air that is being directly caused by the unmarked tanker jets saturating the atmosphere and stratosphere with this poison day after day in the sky above the ___________ area.  

If you care about the survival of yourself, your family, this entire community and your fellow human beings, you will take action.  I cannot emphasize enough how dire this situation is.  _____________ is one of the worst cities I have been in when it comes to this covert program the government calls "geoengineering".  

According EPA officials,  the Air Force is implementing this program.  This is the greatest crime against humanity in recorded history.  This is slow kill, murder, genocide.  The American people have not given their consent to this program which is harming them day in and day out.

It is unconscionable that anyone who's given notice of this concern would not want to take prompt remedial action to stop this crime against humanity. Saturating the air with heavy toxic nano particulates (for the so-called "weather modification" and/or "solar radiation management" programs) is nothing more than a slow kill to our population and complete degradation of the environment.  The soil our food is being grown in and the water nourishing us and the Eco-system are all being tainted.

I suggest you visit the website, "www.geoengineeringwatch.org" to further educate yourself on this most important issue of our time.   If you are at all concerned about survival you will do so.

The elected officials in this country all take an oath to uphold the Constitution, whether it be state or federal and in that solemn oath your primary duty and obligation is to protect the people you are paid to serve.  Ignoring or passing the buck is not going to solve this problem ________. This is real, it is happening, it is endangering all of us and I implore you to have the courage and integrity to do something about it now.
